Working Together  As many of our suppliers are not based in the UK, time differences, language, busy schedules and mis-understanding are often a barrier or reason why problems occur. We have found that both our clients and customers prefer us to work in partnership, resulting in us dealing with the day to day communication, whilst establishing if there is a business/product match. Once a business agreement/relationship has been established, you can have complete confidence that all money/document transactions are direct with the supplier.
